A strong second half by Madison pushed the Rams past Shelby in the Division II sectional final at Mansfield by a final score of 65-58.  The Rams Delvonta Cheathem scored 22 points and teammate Shaquille Brooks scored a game high 26 to give Madison their first back-to-back sectional championships since 1979 & 1980.  Shelby was led by Josh Ingle with 20.  With the loss the Whippets close their season at 14-8, Madison now at 13-8, moves on to the Ashland University D-2 district semi-final next Wednesday at 6:15pm against undefeated Port Clinton.
