The Rotary Club of Mansfield celebrated its 90th anniversary Thursday night with a buffet dinner at the Life Celebration Reception Center at 129 S. Main St. in Mansfield.

The featured speaker of the event was Jean Irvin of Reno, Nevada, a former Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.

Rotary Club of Mansfield president Rick Blanick said the club has 80 members with a goal of 90 members by March 26 to help celebrate the milestone in the club's history.

Blanick said the club is comprised of local service minded men and women who combine their efforts to make the communituy, nation and world a better place to live.
