The conversation turned heated during a special session held Friday by the Madison Township Trustees.

Former Zoning Inspector Wayne McKenna recently resigned his position and then filed for unemployment. In doing so, he claimed Township Trustee David Spain had previously harassed him. Spain strongly denies the claims.

Spain said there was no follow-up done by the zoning liaison when McKenna claimed harassment took place.  He said the only recourse he has now, is to initiate a citizens request for the files under McKenna, to find an example of when the harassment occured.
