MANSFIELD, OH - The Mansfield chapter of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association hosted this year's Buckeye Rally, an event that travels all over Ohio.

This year's Buckeye Rally featured a theme based on the Andy Griffith Show and the fictional town of Mayberry. Last year's event took place in Canfield, Ohio.

Throughout the 15th to the 17th, the Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) provided a multitude of events for both its members and the public at the Richland County Fairgrounds, including storytellers and live bands Friday evening, and a bike show with a light parade on Saturday, both of which were free to the public after 3 PM.

"We have this once a year," explained Rudy Copeland, GWRRA's District Director. "We have on-bike games, off-bike games, vendors that sell parts for bikes... I think we have 33 vendors here. Our motto is 'Friends For Fun, Safety, and Knowledge'."

The Association contributes to a number of charities. The Mansfield chapter of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association hosts the annual Teddy Bear Run, an event that sees bikers delivering teddy bears and other stuffed animals to children in area hospitals.
