All-Stars Meet At Lexington

Senior football players from all over this area met at Lexington High School Sunday afternoon in the first get together in preparation for the 2014 North Central Ohio Football Coaches Association All-Star Football Game that will be played on Saturday, June 14th at Lexington at 7pm.

The players and coaches all come from different systems and will have about a week of practice to try and put everything together. The North Squad under New London coach Justin Vorhies(6-4 in 2013) will be made up of players from New London, Ashland, Buckeye Central, Bucyrus, Crestview, Hillsdale, Madison, Norwalk St.Paul, Norwalk, Plymouth, Shelby, Tiffin Calvert, Upper Sandsuky, Willard and Wynford. The team will practice beginning June 9th at Shelby.

The South squad coached by Mansfield Senior's Chioke Bradley(11-1 in 2013) is made up of players from Mansfield Senior, Clear Fork, Colonel Crawford, Danville, Fredericktown, Galion, Highland, Lexington, Loudonville, Marion Harding, Mt.Gilead, Northmor, Ontario and River Valley. The South team will also begin practice on June 9th at Arlin Field.
